Waltzing Matilda Exports & Imports offers free delivery on all Dexy Charm orders over AUD$100.00 within Australia only.

Australia Post endeavours to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

Waltzing Matilda Exports & Imports will send all Dexy Charm goods to overseas destinations for a flat fee of AUD$20.00. This includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

Waltzing Matilda Exports & Imports is unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing postal services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs, which are outside our control.

Australia Post estimates that Airmail will take between 4 and 30 working days.

EMS International Courier can be arranged from AUD$36.50

CUSTOMS

RETURNS

In case of manufacturing or product quality defects, items can be exchanged if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We do not give refunds if you simply changed your mind or normal wear and tare.
